Award Criteria.
Red Carnation Award.
Presented to the Pacific West Province Brother whom the Pacific West Province Executive Board considers a valuable asset to the province. The purpose of this award is to recognize this Brother’s contributions not just to their individual chapter, but to the Pacific West Province as a whole. This award is open to both Collegiate and Graduate Brothers.
Professionalism Award.
Presented to the Pacific West Province collegiate chapter that exhibits both industry and sobriety at the Province Assembly and throughout the year. The purpose of this award is to acknowledge the Collegiate Chapter who exhibits professionalism through attendance and meeting deadlines.
Traveler’s Award.
Awarded to the Pacific West Province Collegiate chapter representing the most outstanding attendance at a Pacific West Province Assembly. The purpose of this award is to acknowledge the deserving Collegiate chapter based on numerous attendance-based criteria.
Extreme Traveler’s Award.
Will be given to the individual who travels the farthest to attend the meeting.
Community Service Award.
Presented to the Pacific West Province chapter with the most successful community service event. The purpose of this award is to recognize events that encourage the promotion of the pharmacy profession, while giving back to the community. This award is open to both Collegiate and Graduate chapters and will be returning in Spring 2022.
Fellowhood and Brothership Award.
Presented to the Pacific West Province chapter with the most successful social event. The purpose of this award is to recognize events with the greatest involvement of Brothers. This award is open to both Collegiate and Graduate chapters and will be returning in Spring 2022.
Chapter Report Award.
Presented to the Pacific West Province chapter with the most creative, entertaining, and appropriate chapter report presentation during a province meeting. The purpose of this award is to acknowledge the hard work put into compiling a short presentation of all the chapter’s activities between assembly meetings. This award is only open to Collegiate chapters of the Pacific West Province and will be returning in Spring 2022.
PhilanTrophy Award.
Presented to the Pacific West Province Collegiate chapter which conducts the greatest amount of service hours over the year (from the Spring Province Meeting to the next Spring Province Meeting) per Brother in their chapter. The purpose of this award is to acknowledge the most deserving Collegiate chapter based on their submitted event forms.
Outstanding Graduate Chapter Award.
Awarded to the Pacific West Province graduate chapter representing the four cornerstones of our Fraternity. The purpose of this award is to acknowledge the graduate chapter that supports the Pacific West Province and has outstanding involvement in the Fraternity. This award will be returning in Spring 2022.
